Though cuffed nails made an appearance in 2017, we suspect that the trend is officially going to take off as one of the year’s top styles. So what will set it apart from this year’s look? Though most cuffed designs feature a metallic shade along the cuticle, we see techs adding color, texture and negative space.

The Spring 2018 Fashion Week runways featured an array of abstract designs. From painterly strokes to geometric patterns, backstage nail artists found a way to draw all eyes to their creations, giving techs major inspiration for 2018.

If the Phillip Plein Spring 2018 runway show is any indication, piled-on bling is bound to become a huge trend in the New Year. And unlike years past, these baubles will be anything but understated. From oversized crystals to colored gems, diamond-bedecked digits are a trend that everyone can get on board with.
